Your mission is to design how Asana adapts to the unique workflows of specific high-value industries. You will own the "Value Discovery" engine—designing systematic in-product guidance and evaluation environments (like sandboxes) that allow our largest leads to realize Asana’s full potential before they ever hit a paywall. You will shape intuitive journeys that use AI to translate user intent into clear starting points, ensuring new users move seamlessly from initial setup to meaningful, value-driven engagement.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.
Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Design Value Discovery Systems: Architect the infrastructure and in-product guidance that helps users discover "the next best action," ensuring self-service teams achieve active, successful collaboration.
- Execute New Offerings: Lead the design execution for key customer segments, building capabilities that serve a client’s revenue needs end-to-end.
- Scale Expansion via "Low-Friction" Testing: Develop sophisticated ways for Enterprise leads to test-drive complex configurations, reducing the time-to-value during the sales cycle.
- Bridge LLM Discovery & Product Value: Shape how users encounter and evaluate Asana through conversational AI interfaces (like ChatGPT or Claude), ensuring the handoff into the product feels clear, trustworthy, and grounded in real value.
- Synthesize Insight into Design: Use a mix of product telemetry, UXR, and customer feedback to identify why accounts become "unhealthy," then design the product levers required to return them to high-growth usage.
- Contribute to Design Excellence: Partner with the broader Asana Design community to evolve design patterns and principles for AI-first activation and onboarding.
- Experienced Design Leader: 5-8+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record leading difficult, ambitious, and ambiguous initiatives in B2B SaaS or complex consumer products.
- Growth & Activation Expert: Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth-related experiences, with a focus on helping users quickly understand and adopt a product.
- Strategic Distiller: You excel at making the complex simple, creating and evangelizing design visions that inspire both your team and company-wide stakeholders.
- Data-Informed & Hypothesis-Driven: Fluency using research and data to inform design decisions, including partnering on A/B testing and iterating based on real user behavior.
- AI-Curious: Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- Tenacious & Collaborative: You tackle complex problems with little coaching and work closely with PMs, engineers, and data partners to move work forward in complex environments.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
