Role Description

At the core of our digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Digital Office—leading our products and driving strong alignment between software and technical teams, business units, and key stakeholders to turn product vision into execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle end-to-end, from ideation to launch and post-release support
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, translating them into clear and actionable technical requirements in collaboration with engineering teams
• Own and continuously maintain the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans
• Coordinate QA, UAT, go-live, and ongoing maintenance processes
• Collaborate closely with software development, infrastructure, support, sales teams, and external vendors
• Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Conduct competitor, SWOT, and ROI analyses to support product strategy
• Identify emerging product and feature opportunities in the market; conduct R&D activities and produce analysis and reporting outputs
• Actively contribute to the product idea pipeline and perform market, user, and competitive research for high-potential ideas
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements (KVKK, GDPR, etc.)

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within digital/software products
• Knowledge of aviation industry operations, workflows, and regulatory environment—strong motivation to develop products in this domain
• Domain awareness of aviation software requirements such as operational continuity, high availability, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and integrations
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams with solid software and system knowledge
• Proven capability to translate complex business needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements
• Hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization, and agile practices
• Familiarity with APIs, backend services, and system integrations
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English (both written & spoken)
• PO / Scrum certifications and experience in regulated industries are plus
