Role
We are now looking for a “Sales Analytics Specialist” to work within Sales Operations Team. This position will be reporting to the Sales Support Assistant Manager. Details of the role are as follows:
- Prepare and present senior management KPI reports, highlighting performance gaps, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Design and deliver monthly Distributor Sales Representative, Distributor Executive, and Field Sales Executive Scorecards, summarizing performance and identifying development needs and improvement actions.
- Plan monthly commercial field visits and manage evaluation meetings afterward.
- Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining KPI dashboards and executive tracking reports using Power BI.
- Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and profitability analysis by developing Value Pool, Price Ladder, and Price & Quantity analyses; identify profitable and unprofitable products through detailed product profitability assessments.
- Manage Trade Spend governance and invoice allocation processes, ensuring accurate budget tracking, correct cost attribution, and alignment with approved commercial agreements and financial controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach to work
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations
- Min. 1–2 years of experience in sales analytics, performance tracking, or sales reporting tools
