Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for several projects in the company
- Prepare, structure, lead through and wrap up project alignment meetings / calls
- Prepare, summarize, and archive key decisions and meeting minutes
- Monitor project progress, track milestones and prepare project status reporting that will be shared with stakeholders
- Create and manage the execution of a project communication plan
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple international teams and departments
- Execute hands-on project activities while maintaining strategic oversight and progress reporting
- Navigate complex administrative processes typical of large multinational corporations
Your Profile
- 8+ years of senior project management experience in enterprise environments
- Proven track record with large international companies and complex organizational structures
- Strong SAP / JDE knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Infrastructure, cloud, system integration experience is an advantage
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly medical technology or similar compliance-driven sectors
- Fluency in Polish and English (mandatory); German or French language skills advantageous
- Self-driven, adaptable professional with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
