Our mix, that awaits you:
- Develop, lead, and execute internal operational excellence and process improvement initiatives to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency across business operations.
- Provide guidance, expertise, and/or assistance to departments to ensure programs and projects are implemented and maintained effectively.
- Design and standardize new processes and develop training materials to be deployed across the site.
- Manage projects and teams through the application of lean six sigma tools and techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, root cause analysis, risk assessment/FMEA, mistake proofing and etc.).
- Trains, leads, and monitors implementation of Lean principles ensures adherence to established standards for PSQDC, SMED, VSM, 8 Waste, 5S improvements and sustainment.
- Owning KPI management process and managing performance management, dashboard developments. Track, calculate KPIs and savings of the improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and facilitate consensus among cross-functional teams.
Ingredients, that you bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines from reputable universities
- Advanced level of English language, German is plus
- Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results
- Knowledge of Excel, BI
- Knowledge of SAP & MES
- Knowledge of Minitab
