Qualifications:

• University degree preferably majors in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics / Econometrics, etc. (MBA degree is an asset),
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
• Preferably having 8+ years management consulting or strategy department experience in relevant industries,
• Retail industry experience is an asset,
• Excellent planning and time management skills,
• Excellent communication, presentation and storyboarding skills,
• Excellent analytical and excel skills,
• Detail oriented working behaviour and enthusiasm for taking and tracking action with various stakeholders are crucial assets to be perfect fit for the role,
• Ability to work with clear deadlines,
• Flexibility and ability to work with cross-functional and international departments/teams,
• Ability to take over responsibility and drive business initiatives,
• Enthusiasm for consumer electronics industry, ability to follow market trends and innovations, creativity and passion to drive change.

Job Description:

• Guiding all commercial operations with analytical outputs and insights,
• Developing corporate strategy and formulating details,
• Supporting board members in strategy formulation process,
• Actively participating in strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting process,
• Developing and executing projects in line with company strategies and business requirements, including tracking results,
• Actively managing business project portfolio and supporting business leaders in various projects,
• Conducting detailed analysis, preparing business cases and presentations to report top management,
• Actively analyzing and communicating commercial results and strategy building process with MediaMarkt HQs in Europe and global HQ in Germany.
