Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Istanbul, with opportunities for both on-site collaboration and work from home. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure that all aspects of project execution align with company goals. The role involves communicating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, addressing potential risks, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. Collaboration with stakeholders and managing resources efficiently are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong project management expertise, with the ability to organize, plan, and execute projects effectively.
• Experience with project coordination and expediting, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent or advanced English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments and with international teams across different countries.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams across Europe, the US, Turkey, and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Mandatory experience in healthtech or healthcare IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is an advantage.
