The role
Our TechOps team keeps everything running smoothly - from secure devices to seamless automation. We’re now looking for a Technical Support Engineer with an IT & infrastructure focus to help us scale, simplify, and strengthen our systems.
Job requirements
- Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
- Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS, networking, and device management.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, JS, or Python) and familiarity with GitHub.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset - you enjoy making things better without being asked.
- Clear communication skills, especially when supporting non-technical colleagues.
Job responsibilities
- Lead improvements in mobile device management (MDM) and employee lifecycle automation.
- Troubleshoot and support colleagues remotely, from device setup to networking fixes.
- Build and refine scripts (PowerShell, JS, Python) to automate everyday challenges.
- Create robust policies that keep our systems secure and efficient.
- Drive cross-functional projects to optimise workflows and reduce manual effort.
