- A seasoned technology leader with experience in scaling engineering organizations.
- Strong technical foundation across architecture, engineering, and delivery.
- Ability to support sales conversations by building trust.
- Strong operational mindset with experience in implementing processes and KPIs.
- Experience in leading through integration and change in a newly acquired environment.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational roles.
