Mandatory Experience & Competencies:
- Proven experience in Proposal / Tendering roles within EPC & Shutdowns projects in Kuwait
- Hands-on regional proposal experience in Kuwait and/or Iraq
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical & Industrial Shutdown proposals
- Capability to independently handle end-to-end EPC & Shutdown proposal lifecycle
Experience in:
- Technical & commercial bid preparation
- Shutdown scope understanding, man-hour estimation & costing
- Pre-qualification documents and tender submissions
- Coordination with Engineering, Estimation, Planning & Commercial teams
