The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Holo’s Revenue Engine, the systems, workflows, and intelligence that drive conversion and cross-sell across our core services.
As we scale, revenue performance cannot depend on manual coordination or individual heroics. It needs to be instrumented, automated, and intentionally designed. This role is responsible for building that foundation.
You’ll work across the core mid-to-end of funnel journey, identifying drop-offs, defining interventions, and shipping improvements that increase revenue per case.
A core part of this role is defining and building Holo’s intelligence engine. This includes lead prioritization logic, service eligibility detection, trigger-based nudges, and, over time, more advanced propensity and scoring models. You will help evolve HOME from a system of record into a system that actively guides teams toward the highest revenue outcomes.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, BI, and Engineering to turn business goals into measurable system changes. Success here is not about shipping features. It is about driving clear, defensible revenue impact.

What You’ll Own
- Revenue Funnel Performance: Own the mid to end funnel experience, driving measurable conversion lift at every stage.
- Service Cross-Sell Engine: Build the systems and workflows that increase attachment rates across all of our services - eliminating manual revenue leakage.
- Automation & Revenue Intelligence: Design prioritization, routing, and trigger-based automation inside our Internal CRM to turn workflows into scalable revenue systems.
- Revenue Visibility: Implement clear dashboards and attribution that give leadership real-time clarity on revenue health.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner across Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, BI, and Engineering to deliver revenue outcomes - not feature output.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in Product Management, with clear ownership of growth, monetization, or funnel optimization
- Demonstrated experience improving conversion metrics in complex operational systems
- Strong systems thinker - you see workflows, not features
- Deep comfort with data including funnel analysis, segmentation, and experimentation
- Experience building internal tools or operational platforms
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Ops, and Finance
- Clear, concise communicator able to articulate revenue impact
- Thrives in ambiguity and high ownership environments
Bonus:
- Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, or lending
- Exposure to automation frameworks or workflow engines
- Experience working alongside Data or ML teams
