Project Manager - Contractor

Department: Project Management / Commercial

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Position Objective:

This role ensures structured planning, milestone tracking, reporting governance, and cross-functional alignment across leasing, marketing, IT, finance, legal, development, and joint venture stakeholders.

The position is focused on coordination, reporting, and execution control — ensuring all project requirements are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within commercial real estate, advanced reporting capabilities, and a proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.


Core Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Governance

  • Coordinate all project activities across departments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive master project tracker.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain structured action logs and ensure consistent follow-up.

Master Tracker & Reporting Control

  • Own and manage the central project tracking system.
  • Track commercial and leasing activities, joint venture reporting requirements, development updates, and IT progress.
  • Create dashboards and structured reporting formats.
  • Ensure real-time visibility of overall project status.

Meeting Management & Documentation

  • Prepare agendas for:
  • Weekly project meetings
  • Cross-functional coordination meetings
  • Joint venture update calls
  • Leadership reviews
  • Attend meetings with the Leasing Director and document detailed minutes and action points.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with development and construction teams to ensure leasing activities align with project timelines and specifications.

Executive & JV Reporting

  • Prepare monthly project update presentations.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into executive-ready reporting materials.

Process Improvement

  • Introduce improved project tracking methodologies.
  • Recommend tools and systems to enhance reporting efficiency and governance.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Experience within real estate or commercial development environments.
  • Exposure to leasing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
