The Role

You'll provide strategic and operational leadership across IT, Transformation & Change, and Business Intelligence - ensuring technology drives innovation, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital, data, and technology strategy aligned with clinical objectives
• Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and compliance (DSPT, Cyber Essentials, GDPR)
• Lead digital integration and interoperability with NHS systems
• Drive transformation programmes focused on digital maturity and operational efficiency
• Build robust data strategy and BI capabilities for performance monitoring and decision-making
• Act as lead advisor on digital health trends and innovation

What We Need:

• Senior digital/technology leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or regulated sectors
• Strong track record leading organisational transformation and complex change programmes
• Expertise in IT strategy, data governance, cyber security, and digital innovation
• Experience in business intelligence and data analytics
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of NHS structures and regulatory environments
