About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist to support our RMA (Returns & Refurbishment) and Warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-curious, and comfortable working with both physical products and operational systems.

Approximately 85% of the role will focus on RMA and refurbished operations, with the remaining time supporting warehouse activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfillment

• Picking and packing orders
• Order fulfillment and kit assembly
• Inventory control and physical counts

RMA & Refurbishment Operations

• Process, inspect, and test product returns and repairs
• Refurbish and restore electronics to a sellable condition
• Maintain accurate records of RMA transactions and refurbished units
• Enter and analyze data to identify trends in RMA requests

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with technical support to resolve product issues
• Communicate with Customer Service regarding RMA statuses and inquiries
• Coordinate with vendors on repair orders
• Work with online marketplace teams on inventory levels, listings, and pricing of refurbished products

General Support

• Assist in improving RMA processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support other departments as needed (e.g. coverage during absences or peak periods)

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to type at least 55 WPM
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar)
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in technology and electronics
