Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco UC solutions (CUCM, Unity, IMP, UCCX). Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and collaboration issues.
Manage call routing, dial plans, SIP trunks, gateways, and voice gateways (CUBE).Ensure high availability, performance, and security of voice infrastructure. Perform upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
Work with cross functional teams during incidents, changes, and voice deployments. Maintain detailed documentation and provide technical guidance to operations teams.
