Egon Zehnder Singapore is looking for a motivated, curious, and hands-on AI Intern or Junior AI & Automation Analyst to help accelerate the use of AI in our daily work. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, process improvement, and practical AI enablement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and turning technology into real-world impact.

You will work closely with consultants, researchers, executive assistants, and business operations teams to streamline workflows, build prompt libraries, prototype lightweight automations, and contribute to future AI initiatives within the office.

We welcome candidates seeking part-time, flexible, or partially remote arrangements.

What You’ll Work On

1. AI Enablement & Prompt Crafting

• Develop high-quality prompts and templates for consultants, researchers, and EAs.

• Build prompt playbooks for executive search, leadership advisory, assessments, and client communication.

• Provide informal coaching to colleagues on using prompts, tools, and AI techniques.

2. Workflow & Process Analysis

• Observe how teams work to identify pain points and re-imagine processes using AI.

• Collaborate with colleagues to redesign workflows using the firm’s available AI tools.

3. Automation & Prototyping

• Build lightweight automations or prototypes using tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, or other no-code platforms.

• Test and refine solutions with end users, ensuring they are practical and intuitive.

• Create clear documentation and how-to guides for new tools or automations.

4. Support for Future AI Initiatives

• Assist with research, testing, and piloting new AI capabilities.

• Contribute to broader firmwide AI projects originating from the Singapore office.

• Identify opportunities to scale successful pilots regionally.

5. Knowledge Management & Best Practices

• Maintain a shared repository of prompts, templates, workflows, and learnings.

• Monitor emerging AI developments and surface relevant ideas for the team.

• Support internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing events on "AI at Egon Zehnder."

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills & Attributes

• Comfortable engaging with colleagues, observing workflows, and asking thoughtful questions.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical steps.

• A self-starter who works independently and adapts quickly.

Technical Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).

• Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Power Automate, Notion, Zapier).

• Basic data manipulation (Excel, Python, Power BI) is a plus.

• Some exposure to prompt engineering concepts.

Ideal Background

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields.

• Alternatively, an early-career professional exploring AI-augmented work.

• Experience in consulting, analytics, or digital transformation is helpful but not necessary.
