Responsibilities
Reporting to the Talent Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving a future-focused talent, leadership, and succession agenda aligned to the organisation's goals. You will be responsible for creating enterprise-wide frameworks to accelerate capability building, nurture high-potential talent, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure robust succession planning. Working closely with the C-suite, HR leadership, and business stakeholders, you work will be crucial in future-proofing the workforce and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice in the technology sector. A trusted advisor and thought leader, you will bring fresh perspectives, insights, and best-in-class practices to reimagine how the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top tech and digital talent.
Requirements
You are a progressive and future-focused talent professional with proven track record in Talent & Leadership Development in complex, forward-looking organisations. You will bring expertise in the Technology and Digital sector, a strong grasp of emerging talent trends, and the credibility to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders. Strategic yet hands-on, you are skilled at both design and driving impactful implementation.
