Our client, one of the best performing hedge funds in Asia, are looking to make a growth hire for their Singapore office.
The role is an ‘on desk’ trader assistant position - we are looking for a high performer, with the ability to face off to leading portfolio managers / traders, providing key level support at high volume. Tasks would include trade bookings, portfolio monitoring, sourcing prices, supporting PMs, risk management and being the back up on execution trading. (the role sits separate to finance and operations teams)
Whilst commitment to the role and high performance is required, it is feasible for the hire to eventually move in to a trading seat.
The role can pay a total compensation of up to $300k SGD for a very top performer, alongside excellent benefits and a great culture / working environment.
