Deliverables
- Develop initial concepts and mockups for the board game, including game mechanics, layout, and visual style
- Create detailed design assets such as game boards, cards, tokens, and packaging
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine gameplay and visual elements based on feedback
- Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing and digital presentation
- Ensure all designs are age-appropriate, visually appealing, and aligned with educational objectives
- Proven experience in board game design or similar creative roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating game design, illustration, or visual storytelling skills
- Ability to translate educational concepts into engaging gameplay and visuals
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork
- Understanding of child development, educational psychology, or experience designing for young audiences is a plus
- Availability to work remotely and meet project deadlines
