Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master at Thales, you will:
- Be responsible for driving the Squad process by facilitating events (e.g. workshops, daily stands up) and helping teams to become autonomous, self-organized and ready to make decisions thanks to good practices.
- Support the Stream Leader to continuously improve their delivery capabilities through best practices.
- Provide advice to squad members and project managers on application environments and practices.
- Act as a mentor to encourage apprenticeship, continuous improvement and a feedback culture.
- Share knowledge within the Applications community (news, videos, forums…).
- Contribute to the capitalisation and continuous improvement of Applications best practices and service offers (running training sessions, developing guidelines, …).
- Support the Head of Discipline to co-create and track team performance and quality KPIs.
- You hold a Master’s degree ( Engineering, Computer Science…), and have coaching experience.
- You are recognised as a team player and thrive in collaborative work environments (co-engineering).
- You are an effective communicator.
- You are a collaborator who is willing to share knowledge.
- You are a strong problem-solver.
- You are a strong collaborator.
- You have a strong technical acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
