🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing multiple large, complex projects and leading Agile squads.

This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery across scope, timeline, and budget commitments within a classic delivery model framework.

🎯 Key Requirements

🏦 Domain & Functional Expertise

• Strong experience in T24 Core Banking
• Domain expertise in Private Banking / Wealth Products & Credit
• Extensive experience handling Credit Products such as:
• Mortgage
• Lombard Loans
• Structured Finance
• Guarantees
• Exposure to T24 Transact modules including:
• AA
• MD
• SC
• DX
• SY
• Experience with Temenos Wealth Suite is preferred

📌 Key Responsibilities

🛠 Project Management

• Analyse and assess project ideas for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks, and success factors
• Develop detailed project proposals including objectives, milestones, resources, schedules, and budgets
• Drive proposals through governance processes
• Establish and manage project organization structures
• Create detailed project plans and work breakdown structures
• Lead SIT / UAT checkpoint calls, BRD walkthroughs, and solution walkthroughs
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and issues
• Handle roll-out / go-live and transition to Operations
• Implement quality assurance processes and ensure formal acceptance

🤝 Stakeholder Management

• Represent IT Asia as ITPL / Scrum Master with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
• Escalate issues where necessary
• Present progress, risks, and solutions
• Drive proactive risk mitigation
• Ensure predictable and transparent delivery communication
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions to RTB teams for newly implemented functionalities

⚖ Regulatory & Risk Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong ethical standards, integrity, and compliance
• Ensure fair dealing and proper risk management practices
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and banking regulations

🧩 Skills & Experience

💼 Professional & Technical

• 15+ years of IT experience in Project Management
• Proven delivery of large-scale projects (Waterfall & Agile)
• Experience managing STC projects
• Strong stakeholder and matrix team management
• Experience managing project financials (Forecast vs Actual)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Good knowledge of banking technology trends
