DevOps Engineer

The purpose of this project plan is to provide a structured definition for planning, executing and managing the Docflow DevOps POC project.

This project aims to set up a CI/CD pipeline for the Docflow application, making it

development team to implement software changes more efficiently and faster and send them to production implementation. Implementing CI/CD will result in an improved, faster development workflow time-to-market for new features and updates and higher quality of the delivered software.

Develop a dashboard that provides an overview of all project components, including the status of

deployments, updates, and system performance.

Integrate monitoring functionality for all project components, including applications, servers, networks, and databases. This includes setting up alerts for critical events and monitoring performance indicators.

Implement reporting functionality to generate detailed reports on the performance and status of all project components. This includes creating custom reports and scheduling automated report execution.
