- Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and agile practices across teams
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex digital or data solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to manage delivery involving third-party technology providers
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across multiple business units with competing commercial priorities
- Experience delivering solutions within Commercial Real Estate or adjacent asset-heavy industries
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics platforms
- Understanding of Commercial Real Estate data domains such as property and financial data
- Experience in scaled agile environments
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
