Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a large enterprise banking environment. This role will partner with cross-functional technology teams to facilitate Agile processes, remove delivery impediments, and contribute to large-scale planning initiatives. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent sprint execution and alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Agile teams in delivering moderately complex initiatives while maintaining alignment with enterprise delivery standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization aligns with business goals.
• Identify, track, and resolve delivery impediments impacting team performance and sprint commitments.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and participate in Scrum of Scrums or large-scale planning events.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint predictability to improve team performance.
• Provide transparency to leadership through status reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure Agile delivery aligns with enterprise governance, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with structured delivery processes.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex challenges and support resolution of delivery issues.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
• Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and large-scale planning initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
