Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and scoping sessions with business stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and unified data models
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and audit readiness
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Domo, and Microsoft Fabric
- Develop semantic models, star schemas, and performant DAX measures
- Support BI deployment across Dev/Test/Prod using Azure DevOps
- Partner with IT, engineering, and BI teams on integrations and optimization
- Document data lineage, definitions, standards, and reporting best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- Strong T-SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Domo
- Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Domo Workbench, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and reporting standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 or other operational systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- BI or data-related certifications
