We’re looking for a Ukrainian IT Project Manager to join us on a freelance / contract basis, working remotely with a senior product & engineering team.

This is not a task coordinator role.

We’re looking for a team player who knows how to run deliveries properly, handle heavy lifting when needed, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving without making noise.

You’ll be working directly with founders, developers, and stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects
• Translate product and business requirements into clear execution plans
• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders

Manage timelines, scope, risks, and priorities

Keep communication clear, structured, and calm

Ensure work is done right and precisely, not rushed

What we’re looking for

• Based in Ukraine 🇺🇦
• 2+ years of experience as an IT / Technical Project Manager in a product development agency
• Strong experience with software development projects
• Comfortable working with remote teams
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience with Monday
