Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance features within a multi-agent AI workflow engine
- Build and optimize real-time telephony and conversation-processing services
- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and third-party integrations, including dealer management systems
- Participate in code reviews and uphold high engineering standards
- Improve system observability, monitoring, and reliability
- Contribute to deployment workflows and infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve system architecture and scalability
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
- Experience working with LLM-based systems or AI-driven applications
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of backend system design and API architecture
- Familiarity with infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring
