Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable front-end applications using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, tools, and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading small projects or mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and across functional teams.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Core Languages: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks/Libraries: Strong expertise in React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Context API, Redux/MobX/Zustand, React Router).
- State Management: Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or similar.
- Asynchronous JavaScript: Deep understanding of asynchronous programming paradigms (Promises, async/await).
- Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Build Tools: Proficiency with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).
- Version Control: Strong experience with Git and Git workflow (e.g., branching, merging, pull requests).
- Responsive Design: Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
- Browser APIs: Familiarity with various browser APIs and their appropriate use.
- RESTful APIs: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
