As a member of GreyOrange’s product management team, you will own defining Grey Orange’s current and future product strategies for controlling robotic operations in warehouses. The successful candidate will be able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects. S/he will ideally have both a strong background in product management and planning, combined with strong business acumen, allowing the candidate to provide deep analysis on new technologies and architectures while simultaneously judging the market potential of those emerging products and solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
• The product manager in this role should be willing to work as an individual contributor while owning a functional area within GreyMatter.
• Identify product improvements, document those in the form of epics in JIRA and work with agile teams to get these prioritized.
• Produce articulate and comprehensive documentation of product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, to guide the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate and guide the UX team to deliver excellent experience for the identified features.
• Conduct user and customer research to shape future roadmap, develop product and solution concepts and present recommendations to senior management. Identify opportunities of improvement which can range from deep algorithmic improvements to high precision process flows and performance improvements to user interface improvements.
• Responsible for prioritizing the identified areas of product enhancements for agile development teams and measuring the outcome of delivered capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Architects to define the marketecture and influence the technical architecture of the product. Provide market/customer context to the product engineering team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from Tier 1 institute with 5-7 years of experience as a Senior/Product Manager in software products. Master’s Degree / MBA would be an added advantage.
• Problem solving skills towards exceptional and measurable product outcomes in products which are technically complex.
• Excellent blend of analytical, mathematical, technical and product management skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong business/financial acumen and quantitative skills, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent Stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and articulation skills.
Good to Have
• Experience with B2B SaaS based enterprise products would be preferred.
• Domain knowledge of supply chain, warehouse automation, warehouse management system and operations management will be highly preferred.
• International exposure and ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer site (North America, Europe, South Korea)
