Manager – Product, Shopping Experience & Growth (Home Category

)Role Overview As Manager – Product, Shopping Experience & Growth, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for the Home category, covering discovery, shopping journeys, trends, catalog, pricing, and ads monetisation. Your mission is to build a smooth, intuitive shopping experience that helps users discover the right products and convert with ease

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sDefine and drive product strategy for the Home category, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • .Build seamless shopping journeys that enhance product discovery and improve conversion rates
  • .Partner with Central Product, Design, Analytics, and Business teams to translate category needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions
  • .Identify gaps in the discovery and shopping funnel; drive improvements through data analysis, experimentation, and user insights
  • .Shape product roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact and elevate the shopping experience
  • .Continuously monitor trends, catalog quality, and pricing strategies to maximize growth and monetisation

  • sDelivery of impactful product roadmaps for the Home category

.Qualifications & Skill

  • sProven experience in Product Management or related roles
  • .Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision making
  • .Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • .Experience in e-commerce, retail, or category management (Home/Furniture category experience preferred)
  • .Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
