About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives in a growth-focused environment. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across key user journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with experimentation, data awareness, and business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-impact user journeys focused on acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to identify experimentation opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs across web and mobile
- Partner with analytics teams to interpret user behavior and experiment results
- Translate business goals into intuitive, high-converting design solutions
- Run rapid A/B tests and iterate based on performance metrics
- Maintain and contribute to design systems
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Design
- Proven experience working in a growth, performance, or experimentation-driven environment
- Strong understanding of funnels, activation metrics, retention strategies, and conversion optimization
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data)
- Strong visual design and interaction skills
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (or equivalent)
- Ability to balance speed with craft
- Prior experience in fintech
- Experience designing for complex workflows or high-frequency use products
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
- Exposure to performance marketing or lifecycle journeys
