Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Trust & Safety Strategist. The Trust & Safety Strategist will be responsible for helping to design and implement strategies that ensure the safety and integrity of Internset's platform and services. The role includes risk assessment, policy development, monitoring platform activity for compliance, and addressing potential threats. Collaboration with legal, product, and support teams to ensure a safe and user-friendly experience will also be a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

• Skills in Risk Assessment, Policy Development, and Compliance Monitoring
• Experience with Data Analysis, Critical Thinking, and Incident Investigation
• Knowledge of Safety Standards, Trust & Security Protocols, and Online Platform Risk Management
• Effective Communication, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Problem-solving Skills
• Familiarity with technologies and trends related to online platforms and digital spaces
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Law, Business, IT, or similar
• Experience in Trust & Safety or a related field is a strong advantage
