We are seeking a Program Manager – New Customer Acquisition at our Head Office – Bangalore Location. Interested candidates can go through the job description below and apply.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan & execute integrated new customer acquisition initiatives across offline and online channels: BTL activities, store activations, mall promotions, partnerships, events, influencer collaborations, performance marketing, marketplaces, and CRM campaigns.
· Collaborate closely with revenue, operations, marketing, CRM, merchandising, and other teams as required for program execution
· Own end-to-end acquisition programs focused on increasing store footfall, website/app traffic, and first-time buyers.
· Manage acquisition budgets across channels, ensuring strong blended CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
· Develop hyperlocal strategies for retail stores while leveraging digital targeting to drive measurable omnichannel growth.
· Monitor and optimize full-funnel metrics such as Impressions, Traffic, Walk-ins, Conversions, Repeat.
· Run structured experiments across geographies, store clusters, and digital cohorts to unlock scalable growth levers.
· Track performance dashboards and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Who Will Qualify:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail, D2C, or omnichannel growth roles.
• Hands-on experience running both on-ground retail acquisition campaigns and digital performance marketing initiatives.
• Experience in managing integrated campaigns with measurable attribution across online and offline channels.
• Strong understanding of retail and new customer acquisition KPIs such as Footfall, new customers, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, CPL, CLV, Repeat Rate, and blended ROI
