Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in machine learning model development, Python programming, and AI-driven automation solutions. The role focuses on building, deploying, and integrating scalable AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and Microsoft Azure AI/ML services, preferably within financial services environments.
The candidate will work closely with technical leads, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities AI/ML Model Development
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in machine learning model development, Python programming, and AI-driven automation solutions. The role focuses on building, deploying, and integrating scalable AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and Microsoft Azure AI/ML services, preferably within financial services environments.
The candidate will work closely with technical leads, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities AI/ML Model Development
- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models.
- Implement AI-based automation solutions for business use cases.
- Apply best practices to ensure model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data.
- Perform data normalization, cleansing, validation, and feature engineering.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across ML pipelines.
- Build scalable AI/ML applications using Python.
- Develop RESTful APIs and reusable Python-based libraries.
- Support integration of AI models into enterprise applications.
- Use industry-standard frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Leverage Azure AI/ML services, including:
- Cognitive Services (Language, Form Recognizer)
- Bot Framework
- Azure OpenAI
- Support cloud-based deployment and inference pipelines.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Python-based application development.
- Solid understanding of:
- Machine learning algorithms
- NLP concepts
- Model evaluation techniques
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in data preprocessing, cleansing, and validation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (Azure preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in finance or financial data domains.
- Experience building AI chatbots and intelligent automation solutions.
- Exposure to DevOps / MLOps pipelines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
