Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for uncovering insights that move the needle? We are looking for a sharp Analytics Analyst to join an elite marketing team, leveraging SQL, Google Analytics, and BigQuery to optimize global campaigns and drive testing innovation. This is a high-visibility role where your predictive models and statistical analysis will directly influence multi-channel marketing performance.
The Role
• Lead the measurement of global web campaign performance, integrating complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Build and maintain robust web data structures, utilizing Google BigQuery to store and process large-scale marketing data.
• Run advanced statistical analytics and predictive models to identify untapped areas for optimization or audience targeting.
• Collaborate closely with management to oversee the end-to-end testing program, ensuring every experiment is measured with precision.
• Improve marketing efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks and developing automated data solutions and reporting dashboards.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in data-driven marketing, specifically focused on web analytics and performance tracking.
• At least 2 years of professional experience writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics and Google BigQuery is essential for success in this role.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) paired with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• The ability to translate complex data findings into "creative solutions" and strategies that non-technical stakeholders can act upon.
