As a Senior Analyst, you will act as a strategic bridge between functional leaders and execution, distilling complex data into high-impact PowerPoint narratives and Excel models that drive the firm’s own evolution. The Role

• Spearhead operational improvement projects by providing deep-dive research, data analyses, and documentation to support global digital delivery and employee services.

• Partner with Change Managers to execute on-the-ground implementation, conducting change impact analysis and embedding new behavioral frameworks across internal functions.

• Master the art of reporting by translating complex project KPIs and objectives into concrete executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns.

• Design and refine business improvement plans and process models, identifying digital tools and investments to accelerate the firm’s internal performance.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects using consistent and robust project management frameworks to ensure value delivery is realized on time and within budget.

What You'll Need

• Strong proficiency in advanced Data Analysis and financial modeling; expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential for distilling insights.

• Proven experience working within a multi-national or large-scale corporate environment, ideally within professional services or management consulting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Change Management principles and Agile methodologies to navigate complex, fast-paced organizational transformations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate a highly matrixed global organization.

• A University degree (ideally business-related) and a bias for action—you are organized, curious, and can move from idea to deliverable with high attention to detail.
