Product Manager – AI Experience (Mid-Level)

Location: London

Type: Contract / Consulting

Experience Level: Mid-level

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager with AI experience to join our consulting team. You will play a key role in defining and delivering AI-enabled products, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and delivery functions. This role requires strong non-technical stakeholder management, an ability to translate business needs into clear roadmaps, and experience working on AI-related features or products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for AI-related initiatives.
  • Gather, prioritise, and document business requirements for AI-driven features.
  • Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to align product objectives, clarify priorities, and manage expectations.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into simple, business-friendly language.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to ensure successful development and release cycles.
  • Define success metrics and track product performance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement.
  • Ensure delivery teams have clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support change management, adoption, and communication plans for AI-enabled solutions.

Required Experience

  • Mid-level experience as a Product Manager (typically 3–6 years).
  • Experience working on AI, data, or machine learning–related products (awareness rather than deep technical expertise).
  • Strong non-technical stakeholder management skills — able to influence, negotiate, and communicate with senior business stakeholders.
  • Ability to create product roadmaps, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in cross-functional delivery teams (agile preferred).
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working within consulting or delivering into enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, predictive analytics, or automation tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and prioritisation skills.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive, commercially aware Product Manager who understands how AI can drive business value and who excels in managing non-technical stakeholders while ensuring clear and structured delivery.
