User Insights Specialist

Role Overview

The User Insights Specialist will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying experience gaps, and generating insights that inform product, operations, and growth strategies.

This role combines data analytics, user research, and business understanding, requiring strong SQL capabilities and the ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

This position requires full on-site presence (5 days per week) to enable close collaboration with Product, Operations, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

User Insights & Analysis

• Analyze user behavior, engagement trends, and operational data to identify opportunities to improve user experience and retention.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights supporting product and business decision-making.
• Monitor key user metrics and proactively identify risks, friction points, and growth opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
• Build dashboards, recurring reports, and insight frameworks to track user experience performance.
• Partner with Data, Product, and Operations teams to define and monitor KPIs related to user satisfaction and platform performance.

User Research & Feedback Integration

• Consolidate quantitative data with qualitative user feedback (surveys, interviews, support data, NPS).
• Identify root causes behind user pain points and behavioral patterns.
• Support experimentation initiatives by measuring impact and validating hypotheses.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Operations, Customer Experience, and Growth teams to influence strategic decisions.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive a data-informed culture by promoting user-centric decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Experience working with data analytics, user insights, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Willingness to work on-site in the office 5 days per week.
