You’ll be at the forefront of Generative AI, leveraging massive datasets to move beyond experimentation into production-grade RAG systems and conversational agents.

The Role

• Lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational AI, and synthetic content creation.

• Translate complex business challenges into structured Data Science problems, defining hypotheses and measurable success metrics for the business.

• Build and implement rigorous LLM evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge) and statistical significance testing to validate model performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Engineers and Product owners to take AI-driven products from initial ideation to full-scale deployment.

• Leverage immense proprietary data assets to establish robust evaluation benchmarks and scalable AI solutions.

What You'll Need

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field (Statistics, Physics, Maths, CS) or equivalent deep industry experience in Data Science.

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications within a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Expert-level Python skills and deep familiarity with the ML ecosystem, including PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.

• Proven experience with Vector Databases, data querying languages, and advanced information retrieval methods.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders in terms of business value and ROI.
