Maintenance Control Centre Engineer reports to the Manager of Maintenance Control Centre. The MCC Engineer will be a member of the CAMO team and contributes to the safe and economical operation of Marabu A320neo fleet. The MCC Engineer controls line maintenance activities in accordance with the company's CAME and consequently EASA Part M requirements.

In detail the Maintenance Control Centre Engineer (MCC Engineer) is responsible for:

  • Monitoring and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities of Marabu Airlines fleet of A320neo as a part of Maintenance Control team
  • Continuous liaison with Flight crews, Line Maintenance providers and Operations Control regarding fleet status, availability and required line maintenance actions
  • Prepare and manage the execution of short-term maintenance planning of MBU fleet
  • Tracking and executing the rectification of any open defect which exists on Marabu Airlines aircraft
  • Pinpointing bottlenecks and weak points in line maintenance operation, and proactively taking actions to ensure smooth and continuous maintenance process i.e. by supporting spare parts ordering and shipment management process
  • Continuous Monitoring of line maintenance records flow and keeping maintenance records updated in the tracking system
  • Be the main leader in the AOG situation handling, organizing the recovery process from the very beginning until the aircraft is serviceable.
  • Provide continuous updates to internal and external partners about the fleet technical status.
  • Align with line maintenance providers and regularly visit the line stations and SCAMT provider for onsite technical operations supervision, to ensure effective communication between Marabu and its partners


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance environment, preferably as a Certifying Staff on applicable aircraft type
  • Very good level of English, both spoken and written, in combination with good communication skills
  • Experience with aviation specific maintenance monitoring & scheduling software
  • Must be able to work in a flexible, rotating schedule including nightshifts, weekends and holidays, 24/365
  • Must be ready to travel regularly, depending on the operational requirements.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the EU

Non-mandatory assets:

  • Effective Part-66 B1/B2 licence
  • Level 1, 2 or 3 type training on Airbus A320 aircraft
  • Previous experience on similar position
  • AMOS Experience.
