About the Role
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will drive digital engagement across the website, email, social media and broader marketing campaigns. This role suits a technically capable and creatively minded marketer who enjoys optimising digital experiences, growing audiences and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise page layouts, content and user experience to increase engagement and conversions
- Implement SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, image optimisation and redirects
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Plan, execute and track digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Distribute investment insights and content across social and emerging digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations
- Manage social media presence across channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communications
- Collaborate with Marketing, Investments and Operations teams to deliver campaigns and content
About You
- 3–5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within investment management or financial services
- Strong experience with WordPress, SEO and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Experience executing digital campaigns and email marketing initiatives
- Ability to produce high-quality digital content across multiple channels
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Keen interest in emerging digital trends
