Experience: 7+ years
Location: Melbourne, Australia - Hybrid
Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern frameworks.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with strong security and encryption practices.
- Develop, test, and deploy APIs using Karate, Cucumber, and container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins and Ansible, and monitor systems using Splunk in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Java (8/11/17+) development with strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and enterprise security standards (AES, TLS).
- Experience building microservices and cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools including Jenkins, Ansible, and monitoring platforms like Splunk.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL databases, LDAP integration, and enterprise frameworks such as Java EE and HK2.
