Join a global leader in AI and computer vision, driving life‑saving machine learning technologies used across the automotive and transport industries. We're seeking a DevOps Lead / SRE Manager to uplift reliability, automation, and operational excellence across large‑scale cloud and ML platforms.
Lead a high‑performing SRE/DevOps team, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems. This role drives automation, observability, cloud governance, and continuous improvement across advanced AI and ML workloads.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and technical direction
- Own SLOs/SLIs, incident response, change management & post‑incident reviews
- Manage cloud, DevOps, and ML Ops services for internal stakeholders
- Drive Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD, microservices & security‑by‑design
- Build strong relationships across engineering, product, architecture & support
- Implement monitoring, dashboards, and predictive analytics
- Influence cloud governance, compliance, DR/BCP and security standards
- Leadership experience in DevOps or SRE
- Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
- Programming ability (Python or Java)
- Source control experience (GitHub Enterprise)
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG
- Understanding of distributed/high‑availability systems
- Knowledge of ISO27001 / SOC2 frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Atlassian tools
- Bonus: Google Cloud AI/ML (Vertex AI, AutoML, BigQuery ML, AI APIs, TensorFlow)
