Supporting a workforce of over 400 employees across three venues, our HR team is looking for a proactive and driven HR Coordinator to join on a permanent full-time basis at our Belmore office.
The Role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all people related queries, ensuring our leaders and teams are supported across all HR functions, from onboarding and contracts to benefits and systems, including:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, system updates for new hires, uniform allocation, contract administration, onboarding and induction, and exit processes.
- Coordinate training initiatives and manage training registers.
- Support payroll administration for new hires and terminations.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and assist with reporting and audits.
- Support the HR team on a broad range of projects including reward and recognition, performance appraisals and staff events.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
- Previous experience/exposure to a HR Administration or Coordination role (1-2 years desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office (HRIS experience desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Fair Work Act, Awards and WHS Act.
