We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our established team of project managers. This role will focus on leading the delivery of technically complex web and mobile application projects, ensuring rigorous control over scope, timelines, budgets, and quality. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, including websites, web applications, mobile apps, and integrated platforms. 
  • Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Jira (and related Atlassian suite) for planning, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams (design, development, QA, stakeholders), and third-party vendors. 
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail across all project artefacts, including requirements, technical specifications, status reporting, and change management. 
  • Drive high-quality outcomes through effective governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement practices. 


Required Qualifications and Experience: 


  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager (or equivalent) delivering complex web and mobile application projects in a digital agency, technology consultancy, or similar environment. 
  • Strong track record of successfully managing projects to fixed timelines and budgets, with demonstrated ability to handle technical complexity and scope challenges. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools, particularly Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and velocity tracking. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a highly detail-oriented and "buttoned-up" approach to documentation, risk management, and issue resolution. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the abiliy to write high quality documents such as scopes, proposals and contracts.  
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 


Desirable: 


  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile credentials. 
  • Experience in customer-led digital transformation projects, including integrations with CRM, CMS, cloud infrastructure, or AI-enhanced solutions. 
  • Experience with using AI tools to enhance your personal productivity
