We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major data transformation initiative and are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a key role in aligning legacy systems with a modern target-state architecture. This role will focus heavily on data modelling, governance and quality within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document a common data schema that aligns legacy system(s) with the target platform.
• Refine conceptual, logical and physical data models to incorporate new system entities and attributes.
• Conduct extensive data analysis across source and target systems to ensure data integrity, quality and lineage.
• Support the definition and implementation of data quality frameworks and reconciliation checks.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects and engineers to ensure alignment across transformation initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyse, transform and validate complex datasets.
• Experience working with Snowflake in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce data structures and integrations highly regarded.
• Solid understanding of data lineage, reconciliation processes and governance best practices.
• Ability to translate complex legacy data structures into modern, scalable models.
