We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to engineer and operationalize AI solutions that address a wide variety of business use cases. You will focus on product-driven problems using LLMs, RAG, and multimodal learning, and you will help grow our AI platform by building complex components with autonomy while partnering with Engineering leads—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of scalable AI systems and components that power multiple product use cases and business applications
• Implement, test, and integrate AI solutions such as LLMs (open and closed source), RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agents, or prompt orchestration layers
• Work with product team members and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and define implementation plans
• Collaborate with multiple Engineering teams to integrate solutions end-to-end and ensure deployed systems meet quality and effectiveness goals
• Execute quick-turn AI solutions to satisfy urgent product and operational needs
• Drive improvements to the development and evolution of our AI platform
• Improve AI solutions for performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and maintainability
• Track emerging trends in AI and ML to inform decisions
• Review and evaluate new tools, models, and technologies for potential adoption

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally in production environments
• Strong experience with SQL for data querying and management, as well as in-memory data storage technologies for high-performance applications
• Experience working with LLM ecosystems and modern GenAI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and LangChain
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps workflows for scalable AI deployment
• Experience working with vector databases and inference engines to support efficient AI model operations
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is helpful for collaborating with UI teams, though not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in client-facing communications, including direct interaction with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Coding experience in one or more server-side languages such as GoLang or PHP for backend development and integration
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks
• Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable web applications
