About this opportunity:

Take the lead in technological advancement as our Internal Project Manager for Supply. You will play a central role in managing project timelines, budgets, scopes, risks, and dependencies at Ericsson. Ensuring high-quality execution and delivery are your main goals, along with leading and coaching your project team. This role will challenge your ability to manage dynamic scopes and business requirements and will harness your potential in leading and utilizing opportunities provided by digital transformation. What you will do:

• Execute and assess assignments and business cases.
• Implement risk management strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Execute a clearly defined project scope, ensuring the delivery of agreed milestones and business case realization.
• Document project progression and outcomes and store this information in line with our organization's policy.
• Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Lead the implementation of project deliverables and goal attainment, and ensure stakeholder adoption.
