As our QA specialist, you’ll make sure everything works exactly the way it should across mobile, web, and backend. You’ll be part of a small and dedicated QA team of two QA specialists, working closely with product, tech, and design to keep our quality bar high and our users happy.

As our QA specialist, you’ll make sure everything works exactly the way it should across mobile, web, and backend. You’ll be part of a small and dedicated QA team of two QA specialists, working closely with product, tech, and design to keep our quality bar high and our users happy.
🚀 What You Will Do
- YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the full quality assurance process across mobile, web, and backend.
- Create clear test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
- Run exploratory, regression, and release testing across platforms.
- Organize bug tracking, document issues clearly, and align closely with product managers.
- Drive team testing sessions and continuously improve our QA processes and monitoring.
You Have/are
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Specialist, Software Tester, or similar role.
- Experience in creating test strategies, writing test plans, and ensuring product quality.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify bugs or issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset - taking ownership and driving improvements.
- Passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate (we promise, it’s worth it - Vienna is ranked the world's most livable city!).
- EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work visa (unfortunately, we can’t sponsor non-EU applicants for this role).
- NICE-TO-HAVES (We expect you to address some of the mentioned points)
- Experience working with project management and issue-tracking tools like Jira.
- Experience with API testing tools.
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Experience with automated testing.
- A good understanding of UI/UX, common design and navigation patterns, and accessibility plus the willingness to work closely with designers to create the best possible user experience.
- WHAT WE OFFER
- A fair annual gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting at EUR 46,000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications, amongst other factors.
