Partner with Country MT to drive HR strategy and lead labour relations negotiations with social partners across Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partner
- Partner with Country MT/Senior Management to co-create people agenda
- Translate global HR strategy into local initiatives and projects
- Identify local HR needs and mobilize HR community per SLAs
- Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations
Labour Relations
- Interface with social partners and negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Advise business leaders on labour relations topics and compliance
- Prepare documents and materials for social partner conversations
- Represent company in negotiations with Managing Director
People Analytics & Insights
- Leverage HR data to provide strategic insights and trends
- Support organizational change and talent management initiatives
- Coach senior leaders on people strategy and execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Progressive HR experience (operational + strategic business partnering)
- In-depth Austrian labor law knowledge + social partner collaboration
- Degree in law/business/HRM or equivalent experience
- Strong stakeholder management in international matrix environment
- HR data analytics experience + strategic decision-making
- German & English (written/spoken)
